Enviro-Line PMC contracts are inexpensive for owners.  Service is quarterly, every six months, annually or as frequently as requested and can be done for a little amount of money. 

For example,  Enviro-Line can provide a PMC for a community with 2-3 lift stations for a quarterly service $200 per quarter.  Routine service is preformed and a complete pump station is checked and monitored for operational service.  Therefore, when the station is required to operate the reliabilty increases dramatically.   

CASE HISTORY:

Enviro-Line is responsible for supplying and servicing a combination of grinder and non clog pumps to multiple developments & communities.  Previously to E-L involvement, contractors were purchasing the equipment, installing the pump systems, but local startup services were not provided.  E-L commited to provide local support and providing routine and emergency service. 

Enviro-Line worked with each development to provide a 24 Hour on-call program with pre and post season inspections of pumping systems.  Like any mechanical system, such as a car, a lift station needs some attention to keep in good working order.    We call the working program a PMC, or Preventative Maintenance Contract.  

We started servicing the 200+ grinder pump stations 4 years ago.  When we first started the service, 50+ service calls were required to fix pumps and false alarm conditions.  With the PMC, currently we rarely receive an emergency service call. 

PMC service increased reliabilty 1000+% as we also provide startup service as standard.
