Above-Grade lift stations have been used for the past 40 years. Several different styles are becoming popular with the confined space regulations. Variations of these are the buried stations using the same pumps without the priming requirements.

HFE Process flexibility allows us to provide all types of above grade stations.

Limitations are the suction lift of ANY of these are 20' of suction from low water off to pump impeller "eye" or center.

Internal impeller adjustments maintain self priming design. We use Pioneer Pump which has same duty and performance as Gorman Rupp pumps. Local service provided by Enviro-Line maintains lift station efficiency.

Pumps can operate at various speeds for future pump duty increased flow conditions as necessary.

Vaughan Chopper Pumps in an HFE Design Station

Same basic design considerations for the self priming stations however a separate impeller internal to the pump impeller used for chopping incoming solids.

Pump station is a complete package for the controls, baseplate, and FRP hood.

Effective design and can be increased in RPM for future conditions.
