Development and Subdivision Treatment and Collection
Developments are becoming more remote as compared to consolidated towns and villages. Developments are closer to lakes, parks, and other areas 2-10 miles from a major collection system. Other applications are for existing treatment systems which are nearing capacity that are expecting addtional flow from a new developmetn area. Treatment and Pump Filter Vaults are products which can provide assistance to the application.

SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS
SINGLE FAMILY HOME & "CLUSTER" HOMES
BioMicrobics treatment systems is an activated fixed and suspended growth treatemtn system. Simple and less sludge generation system as compared to other products. Effluent discharge water quality
Deischarge regulations are requiring a cleaner water prior to discharge. Standard fix film products will not meet ammonia and othe nutrient removal permit limit parameters. The FAST system will meet those limits for economical cost and be expandable for future flow increases for addtional flow when more homes are built.
Effluent Filter Pumping (STEP) or Gravity Filters (STEG) Vaults provide primary treatment of sewage from homes prior to treatment. These products are used inside either a concrete or FRP primary treatment (septic) tank to remove as many solids as possible prior to dischrage. Filters will remove solids greater than 1/8" diameter prior to discharge.
Primary tanks will need to be desludged every 7-10 years for a normal home. Filters will need cleaning annually in a regular system maintenance.
Illustration of a Pump Filter Vault in a FRP or an existing concrete Septic tank. The Primary (septic) tank will be the first point of entry of sewage from the home. "Grey" water overflows a baffle and then the FILTER PUMP VAULT pumps or a GRAVITIY FILTER will remove solids prior to discharge to a treatment plant listed below.
