COLLECTION SYSTEM INSTALLATION

Submersible 30 HP pumps installed to operate on a variable speed application with the incoming collection system water flows.  The system is rapidly expanding and power availability only allows for VFD operation to match incoming sewage flows.  Building houses VFDs and control panel shown below.  City supplied SCADA system radios information to public works for alarm conditions.

INFLUENT TO WWTP VFD OPERATIONS

Provide consistent flow to wwtp facility increases the biological wwtp performance

Pumps operate from a Pressure Transducer providing continious level control to the PLC and then VFD output to pumps allow for the speed control. 

PID Loop allows for consistent flow control to plant. Pumps operate continiously on a 6 hour cycle.

Pumps run from 50 to 100 percent of speed.  Each pump will provide up to 1200 gpm and dedicated discharge pipes eliminate need for check and plug valves.
